D-Dimer FIA Test Kit: D-Dimer is a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin (FB) hydrolyzed by the fibrinolytic enzyme. The increase of the D-Dimer level reflects a hypercoagulable state and secondary hyperfibrinolysis. D-Dimer can be used as a marker of hypercoagulable state and hyperfibrinolysis in vivo.

Clinical Application
- Exclusion diagnosis of venous thromboembolism (VTE)
- Risk stratification and prognosis of ACS patients
- Diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation
- Prognosis of surgical patients
- Diagnosis and detection of hypercoagulability in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome
- Auxiliary diagnosis of cerebral infarction and ACS
